The New York State Department of Taxation and Finance says 47-year-old Dragan Mitrevski of Rochester runs a commercial cleaning business called Bell-Mar Enterprises. He pleaded guilty in Monroe County Court on charges including second degree grand larceny, criminal tax fraud and offering of a false instrument.

The state says he collected sales taxes from his customers and kept the money, faking his books to cover the thefts. They say he collected nearly $106,000 between December of 2009 and November of 2014 when he was caught.
