Rochester Police say a 28-year-old city man was shot and wounded on Saturday morning by an unknown suspect.
The shooting happened in the yard of 200 Norton Street for reasons that are still unknown. The victim was treated at Strong Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The Christian Tabernacle Apostolic Church next door to the shooting scene was getting a pair of tour buses loaded to go on a trip when the shooting took place. Police had to delay them for about an hour while they interviewed everyone.
