Rochester police say a 34-year-old city man was shot early Friday morning during an argument that started in the area of Jefferson and Frost Avenues.
Police say the victim went to Strong Memorial Hospital for help after being shot in the lower body. He’s expected to recover and no suspect is in custody so far.
