A crash late Wednesday night at the corner of North Clinton Avenue and Avenue D in Rochester sent a two-year-old to the hospital and led to drunken driving charges.
Rochester police say a car waiting at a red light on Avenue D was rammed from behind by another car. The 36-year-old driver went to the hospital and was charged with DWI and driving without a license.
The child was in the first car, and was taken to Rochester General Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
