A man who was out of jail on parole for a burglary case was arrested for burglary after a victim grabbed him and held him until police arrived.

Rochester police say officers were called to Brown Street Sunday evening for a reported burglary in progress. They found 53-year-old Leonard Williams had broken into two apartments in the building before the resident in one of the apartments jumped him. Williams was taken to the Monroe County Jail and arraigned in City Court.
