An incident that started with a fight in Rochester led to a crash on the ramp from 490 Westbound to 390 Southbound early Sunday morning.
The driver of a Toyota Prius was charged with reckless driving and several other traffic violations. She was identified as 23-year-old Skykia Wise of Rochester.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says the Prius was chasing another vehicle after the argument when she lost control on the ramp and hit another car that wasn’t involved in the incident. The occupants of the car being chased weren’t hurt and continued on their way.
The investigation into the original argument was turned over to Rochester Police.
