A chase through Rochester early Thursday morning led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man, while a passenger in his car got away on foot.
Rochester police say they went after the 2006 Honda because of a reported man with a gun on Parsells Avenue, the man reportedly leaving in the Honda. Police located the car in the East End, but the driver refused to stop. He drove to Chili Avenue and Depew street where he hit a curb.
The driver was arrested, but his passenger fled on foot and couldn’t be found.
