A suspect has been taken into custody after what’s being described as a slow speed police chase that began in Greece and ended up on North Clinton Avenue in Rochester about 9:30 this morning.
The suspect was allegedly involved in a similar chase with Rochester and New York State Police a few weeks ago.
This chase began when Greece Police tried to stop the suspect on Ridge Road. The driver kept going towards Lake Avenue, eventually ending up on North Clinton Avenue where he crashed at North Clinton and Oakman Street.
A Rochester patrol car and State Police cruiser were damaged. All three departments were on scene.
