A 34-year-old Rochester man has been charged with drunken driving, driving without a license and other offenses after a crash Friday evening in the 3700 block of Dewey Avenue.
Jemar Tucker was driving at high speed up Dewey when he 
lost control, drove into a gas station parking lot, hit a curb, flipped over an embankment and landed upside-down in a neighboring parking lot.
Tucker escaped with only minor injuries but was charged with a felony because of previous convictions.
