The Cellino and Barnes law firm has sent out a letter to the public, the media and its clients, saying it wants to ensure everyone that the law firm continues to operate around the clock.
Attorney Ross Cellino is suing his longtime business partner Stephen Barnes, seeking to dissolve the Cellino and Barnes Corporation. A hearing is set for May 19th.
The firm has some 300 staff members and offices in Los Angeles and New York as well has Buffalo and Rochester. The firm’s letter says it will continue to serve its customers while it works out what the firm describes as “administrative issues.”
The letter says Barnes will “aggressively oppose” the dissolution papers filed by Cellino.
