A carport collapsed early Monday morning at the Pittsford Garden Apartments, coming down on top of four cars.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and the Pittsford Fire Department determined that nobody was under the roof when it fell, but all four cars were damaged.
The property manager and Pittsford Fire Marshall are supervising removal of the cars and the wreckage and inspecting the remaining structures.
