Two people are under arrest on a host of charges after they were caught driving away from the scene of a burglary in Rochester.
Sheriff’s deputies describe one of the suspects as a career criminal, arrested 41 times since 1982. The other suspect has been arrested seven times. This time they allegedly stole some $2,000 worth of cigarettes from the Kwik Fill on Stonewood Road in Charlotte.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says 53-year-old Burnie Daniels and 36-year-old Erin Starkweather are also suspected in a string of similar burglaries on the west side of Monroe County.
Both Daniels and Starkweather are being held without bail.
