Rochester Police say a 12-year-old girl was unharmed when her parent’s car was stolen with her inside.
Police responded to 95 Central Park for a report of a car theft with the girl inside the car. They spotted the car about two blocks away within one minute. The girl was still inside and the suspect had fled.
The investigation is still underway.
