Police say a woman who drove the wrong way on Upper Falls Boulevard near Clinton Avenue and hit a school bus this morning in Rochester was suffering from a medical issue.
The kids on the First Student bus weren’t hurt. They were put on another bus to finish their trip to school. The woman who was driving the car and the bus driver had minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.
