Rochester Police say charges are pending against a driver who crashed into a couple of parked cars in the 900 block of Jay Street early this morning.
They say the 27-year-old city man crashed at about 12:30 this morning, flipping his car onto its side. The driver was able to climb out of the wreck and police found him near the scene. He wasn’t hurt.
Police suspect alcohol was to blame.
