A driver was uninjured when his car crashed into the doors of the Chase Bank Branch in Henrietta.

The crash happened about 1:00 a.m. on East Henrietta Road near Jefferson Road. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says the driver was still sitting in the car covered with glass and debris when they arrived. He told them he was the custodian who was supposed to clean the building overnight, but accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake while he was parking.

There was heavy damage to the bank doors.
