An 18-year-old Canandaigua man has been charged with first degree murder, burglary, robbery and arson in the September 30th death of Nicholas Bice.
Canandaigua Police arrested Robert Clegg this morning on a host of charges that also included possession of a weapon and of drugs. Clegg was charged at the Ontario County Jail, where he’s been since October 1st on an unrelated burglary charge. He was charged in a sealed grand jury indictment which was opened today.
He was identified through a joint investigation by Canandaigua, Ontario County and State Police officers, and he’ll be back in court on March 2nd.
