Canandaigua Police say they’ve made an arrest in the armed robbery of a jewelry store earlier this week.

They’ve charged 32-year-old James Moore of Rochester with first degree robbery. He’s accused of holding up the Canandaigua Jewelry and Coin Exchange on Tuesday, passing himself off as a federal agent and displayed a gun before handcuffing the store’s employee in a back room.
