Canandaigua Police have identified the bodies found in two separate incidents yesterday in that city.
They say the body of 45-year-old Daniel Mendez was discovered yesterday morning in Canandaigua Lake near the City Pier. Authorities say he didn’t have a permanent address and had been staying with family in Geneva.
The second body was discovered yesterday afternoon behind the Pizza Hut on South Main Street and has been identified as 47-year-old Donald Dailey. Authorities say Dailey was homeless.
