Canandaigua Police have brought additional charges against a man who was already in jail for first degree rape.
Police say they’ve now charged Robert Ryan III with an additional count of first degree rape. The 22-year-old is accused of providing alcohol to a 15-year-old girl until she was intoxicated, then having sex with her. The incident allegedly happened at Ryan’s home in August.
Ryan was booked in Canandaigua City Court and then sent back to jail in lieu of bail.
