Canandaigua Police have charged a man from that city with sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
They say 35-year-old John Rathburn of Saltonstall Street is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child after having intercourse with the girl on several occasions over the last two years.
The investigation is ongoing and other potential victims are being interviewed. Rathburn is being held without bail.
