Canandaigua Police have charged a 44-year-old Canandaigua man with course of sexual conduct against a child.
Police say Michael Treese allegedly had sexual contact with a 12-year-old on multiple occasions in the City of Canandaigua. Treese has been arraigned and is being held on $2,500 bail pending a return visit to court on February 10th.
An order of protection has been entered telling him to stay away from the victim.
