A 56-year-old Canandaigua man has been arrested on charges that he repeatedly had sex with a child below the age of nine.
John Yarger was arrested after a lengthy investigation by police and child welfare agencies. He stands accused of predatory sexual assault against a child. The incidents allegedly took place in 2017 and 2018 in Canandaigua.
