Police in Canandaigua say they’re now investigating the suspicious death at an apartment complex over the weekend as a homicide as well as an arson case.
Firefighters discovered a body after they put out a fire Saturday morning at the Camelot Square Apartments on North Main Street.
Canandaigua Police Chief Stephen Hedworth say they believe it’s the tenant of the apartment unit, but they don’t want to release a name yet until the Ontario County Coroner confirms the victim’s identity.
