UPDATE: Eight jurors have now been seated for the trial of Jalen Everett, the second of three defendants to be tried in connection with the mass shooting last year outside the Boys and Girls Club on Genesee Street.
A judge has ruled that TV cameras and microphones will be allowed in the courtroom for at least part of the trial.
Three young men died and four people were injured in the drive-by shooting when three men fired into the crowd leaving a basketball game.
Jury selection began on Monday.
Michael Mathis goes on trial in January. Johnny Blackshell Jr. was found guilty of murder in June and sentenced to life in prison.
