Rochester police who were called to Tremont Street for a reported assault early Thursday morning found they were dealing with a car crash instead.
Police say the two people they found injured at a house on Tremont Street had gone there to call 911 after a crash at Silver and Kensington Streets. The driver had been injured and was taken to Strong Memorial for treatment. The passenger from the car wasn’t injured and refused medical help.
The 21-year-old driver was expected to face charges from the accident.
