Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies captured three out of four suspects who broke into a Pittsford home early Saturday morning, and they’re searching for the fourth.
The sheriff’s office says a homeowner was awakened by the sound of breaking glass and called 911 to report a strange man in the home with a flashlight.
Deputies arrived on scene and immediately captured two people in the garage and the third when he jumped out of an upstairs window and was injured. The fourth suspect got away but is being sought. The homeowner was not injured.
Deputies charged 43-year-old Paul Sylvie of Rochester, 26-year-old Patience Jones of Rochester and 27-year-old Jalen Morris of Rochester with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny. All are in the Monroe County Jail. All had outstanding warrants for other charges.
A search warrant on the suspect’s vehicle turned up property stolen in other burglaries across the region. More charges are pending.
