The Village of Albion is warning residential and business water customers to boil their water for at least one minute following a water main break that caused the system to lose pressure.

The village says it may be a couple of days before the system is repaired and back to normal.

They say only boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, brushing teeth or preparing food in the Main Street business district and from north of the Erie Canal to Bacon Road South.
