Penn Yan village police are investigating what happened to a person whose body was found on the roof of a Walgreen’s store
Police were called to the store on Liberty Street Thursday afternoon after the body was found. They say the deceased had permission to be on the roof and was doing work there.
They haven’t released the victim’s name yet and a cause of death is still being determined, but police don’t think there was foul play.
