A group of Black Lives Matter protesters met at Martin Luther King Jr. Park in Rochester on Sunday afternoon and marched across downtown to the Public Safety Building.

Police say they knocked down an barrier that had been placed in front of the building and remained there for about an hour before returning to the park. They did not damage anything, and police did not advance on the crowd or make any arrests.
