A work crew led by Rochester mural artist Shawn Dunwoody began painting a “Black Lives Matter” mural in huge blue letters on Court Street Thursday evening.

The message appears opposite Martin Luther King Jr. Park and will extend the entire block from the roundabout to Chestnut St. when it’s finished.
