Makes 35 saves, Hintz scores twice to hand Buffalo fifth loss in row.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Ben Bishop got his third straight shutout for the Dallas Stars in a 2-0 win against the Buffalo Sabres at KeyBank Center on Tuesday.
Bishop, who extended his NHL career-high shutout streak to 204:20, made 35 saves.
Roope Hintz scored 2 goals for Dallas (36-28-5), which owns the first wild card into the Stanley Cup Playoffs from the Western Conference and trails the St. Louis Blues by 2 points for third in the Central Division. St. Louis played host to the Arizona Coyotes on Tuesday night.
Linus Ullmark made 25 saves for the Sabres (30-30-9), who were shut out for the second straight game and have lost 5 in a row (0-4-1).
Hintz gave the Stars a 1-0 lead with a shot from a sharp angle over Ullmark at 7:29 of the second period.
The forward made it 2-0 on the power play at 13:12 with a shot from above the left circle through traffic.
