The Buffalo Bills signed offensive lineman Nico Siragusa on Thursday, the team announced.

Siragusa takes the vacant roster spot of OL Isaac Asiata, who retired from the NFL earlier this week after signing with the Bills just prior to training camp.

A fourth-round pick of the Ravens at the 2017 NFL draft, Siragusa has yet to appear in an NFL game.

As a rookie, Siragusa, 25, tore his ACL and missed his entire rookie season. At the end of the Ravens’ 2018 training camp, Siragusa was cut by the team and eventually landed on their practice squad.

The Packers plucked him of the Ravens’ practice squad in December of last season, but did not activate him on any game day before waiving him in April. Siragusa briefly spent time with the Colts this offseason before landing with the Bills.

Along with Asiata’s departure, the Bills released Jeremiah Sirles this week, plus potential first-team linemen in Mitch Morse (concussion) and Spencer Long (knee) are sidelined with injuries.
