Rochester’s bike sharing program is back for a third year. Zagster put 350 bikes at stations around downtown on Tuesday.
You use an app on your phone and pay a dollar each 15 minutes to ride one. The company is also introducing monthly and annual memberships.
Nearly 17,000 riders took 54,000 trips last year, just about doubling the usage of the first year in 2017.
