An employee of the Humboldt Recreation Center on Atlantic Avenue in Rochester spotted a bedbug on a pool table …. leading city officials to close the place down for cleaning and spraying.
The city’s Recreation and Youth Services department says an exterminator has been brought in. A spokeswoman says as far as she knows, this is a first for the city.
The Humboldt Rec Center will be closed until Tuesday.
