Greece Town Councilman Mike Barry is announcing his candidacy for the 56th District seat in the New York State Senate. The seat is now held by Republican Joe Robach, who is retiring from the senate.
Barry will seek the endorsement at the Republican Party Convention this weekend. The district includes Brighton, Clarkson, Gates, Greece, Hamlin, Parma, and parts of the City of Rochester, including Charlotte.
