City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is getting yet another new lawyer, which will be her fourth since she was first accused of DWI.
Attorney Gregory Salmon has requested to be removed from Astacio’s case, and authorities in Ontario County where her case is being handled have approved. Salmon is the attorney credited with finding a technicality that got Judge Astacio out of jail last week. He now becomes the third attorney to either request removal from the case or to be dismissed by Judge Astacio.
Salmon said by Tweet: “I still stand by Judge Astacio. She’s a very smart woman and an enormous talent.”
Astacio’s next court date is scheduled for November 13th.
