Rochester’s Arson Task Force has charged a city man with removing items from a home of Post Avenue during a domestic dispute and setting them on fire.
The Task Force says the 42-year-old man is charged with arson and criminal mischief for the incident on April 3.
Police arrived to find the items had been set on fire with a flammable liquid and were still burning in the back yard. The suspect returned to the house while police were there and was arrested.
He’s currently in jail waiting for arraignment.
