Three Albany-area residents have been arraigned in Sodus Court after being caught with items stolen from a burglary in Wayne County.
State Police say two young Schenectady men and a woman from Saratoga Springs, all in their early 20s, were arrested after allegedly breaking into a barn on Bond Road. One of the men, 23-year-old Austin Sherman, is being held without bail because he turned out to be a parole violator and wanted by State Police in Herkimer for possession of stolen property.
The other two suspects are being held on $5,000 bail each on burglary and criminal possession of stolen property charges.
