A Henrietta man with 33 license suspensions is in jail after state police stopped him driving a car on the Inner Loop at East Main Street in Rochester.
Troopers say 25-year-old Juanjesus Wearen was driving the Volkswagen Passat when it was pulled over. He advised troopers he had “a lot of suspensions.” They found that was the case, and that his car also had a fake inspection sticker.
Wearen was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. He was also charged with Drug Possession and Promoting Prison Contraband after deputies processing him at the Monroe County Jail found heroin in his jeans.
