Webster police say they’ve made an arrest in a robber and attempted robbery of a vehicle last week at a Ridge Road gas station.
Police charged 25-year-old Andrey Ogonovskiy with robbery and grand larceny, plus attempted robbery. He was arraigned in Webster Town Court and is being held on $50,000 cash bail.
Police are thanking the community for their assistance in solving a brazen crime.
