An arrest has been made in a Rochester double homicide that took place back in September.
Police have arrested 17-year-old Kyrell Gilroy of Rochester after a joint investigation by Rochester Police and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Gilroy was tracked to an apartment complex on Dewey Avenue where he was taken into custody about 3:30 Wednesday morning after a brief standoff.
