Brighton police have made an arrest in connection with a fatal bicycle crash last month.
They charged 62-year-old Gedminias Backus of Penfield with drunken driving when he struck and killed 24-year-old Deaveon Davis on Linden Avenue on March 19. He’s also charged with second degree vehicular manslaughter.
