Irondequoit Police have made two arrests in connection with last week’s fatal shooting on East Ridge Road.
Joseph Hulsizer and Gabriel Cruz of Rochester, both in their mid-20s, have been charged with second degree murder and attempted second degree murder after shots were fired between a car and a minivan on East Ridge. The gunfire killed 37-year-old Enrique Vallon of Rochester and seriously injured the driver, 30-year-old Joshua Colon of Rochester.
A “not guilty” plea was entered on Cruz’s behalf Friday night in Irondequoit Court, and he was assigned a public defender. He’s being held without bail and will be back in court later this month. Hulsizer was arrested earlier in the week.
