Rochester police report an arrest in connection with a shooting at Plymouth Avenue and Exchange Boulevard in downtown Rochester last month.
They’ve charged 26-year-old Marquis Hooks with second degree assault and third degree criminal mischief for shooting a 38-year-old man who was sitting in his car at the intersection.
Hooks was arrested Thursday in Irondequoit.
