Rochester police have arrested a 53-year-old city man in the death of a woman found on fire in the hallway of an apartment building earlier this month.
In a press conference, police said Troy Parker is charged with pouring an accelerant over 38-year-old Fantasia Stone and setting her on fire. Stone died of her injuries on the evening of April 11th. The incident took place in a building on Jefferson Avenue where another fire was set the next day. Police and fire investigators are still looking into that second fire.
