Rochester police and federal marshals have arrested an 18-year-old Rochester man in connection with the shooting of another city 18-year-old back in March.
Christian Murrell is accused of second degree criminal possession of a weapon and first degree reckless endangerment for shooting and wounding the second teen on Bay Street on March 20th.
