An arrest has been made in connection with the case of a Rochester man found buried in the backyard of a house on Maple Street.

Rochester Police say 47-year-old Jerry Jones has been arrested and charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of 56-year-old Stanley Ksionzyk.  Ksionzyk’s body was found in the backyard of  675 Maple Street on July 8th.

Authorities say Jones was a person of interest in their murder investigation, but was first taken into custody on July 9th for violating an order of protection to stay away from that Maple Street house.
