A man who was already in prison after a federal drug conviction is now accused of murder in Rochester.
The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says an indictment unsealed today in Monroe County Court charges Terrence Lewis with second degree murder for the shooting death of Johnny Washington more than two-and-a-half years ago.
Washington was shot down near the corner of 6th and Bay Street in May of 2015.
