Rochester police have solved an attempted murder that took place on September 1st with the arrest of 28-year-old Jaquill Snowden of Rochester.
The victim was a 47-year-old city man who was shot on Wilkins Street and taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head. He survived, but has been in brain rehab ever since.
Rochester police investigators and New York State Parole identified Snowden as a suspect, and he was charged on Monday with second degree attempted murder and assault.
